Starters

Homemade Soup of the day – with warm bread.

Warm spiced roasted cauliflower – haloumi & toasted seeds with tahini dressing & pomegranate.

  Bistro Salad – warm Bury black - pudding , roast onions, bacon bits, mustard dressing , croutons & soft egg.

Flash fried salt & pepper squid with chilli – spring onion & sweet chilli dressing.

Gratin of creamed garlic mushrooms & prawns topped with melting cheese - served  with warm onion focaccia.

Homemade chicken liver pate  –  onion relish – toasted breads.

Main Courses

 Bistro Seaside fish plate: gratin of smoked haddock & Cheddar – mackerel fish cake – herb crumbed fried plaice goujon – pea puree – beetroot pickle & tartare sauce.

Char grilled rump steak with mushroom & Dijon cream sauce & French fries.

Crepe Stroganoff – stuffed with mushroom, broccoli, spinach & roast aubergine in a smoked paprika & cheese sauce, Served with French fries.

Herb roast chicken breast with asparagus & tarragon cream sauce – Seasonal greens & garlic roast sauté potatoes.

Seafood paella with mussels – prawns & chorizo (optional-can be omitted) topped with pan fried fillet of cod & aioli.

New Orleans spiced pork, beans & corn stew – creole slaw – Cajun spiced pork fillet kebab - sweet potato fries & Cajun mayo.

Bistro Trio : Orange crème brulee – almond & orange cake – Cointreau & orange ice cream.
